Hissy Fit Pilates is completely dedicated to developing and strengthening the core muscles. It improves posture, alignment and helps to tone and sculpture the body. With an increase of flexibility the body feels freer of tensions and the spine becomes more elongated. Not only does Pilates work the body physically it also helps to reduce stress as it requires a quietening of the mind so to achieve maximum concentration.
With Hissy Fit Personal Training you can do fitness classes in the comfort of your own home or enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors it’s up to you! Hissy Fit Personal Training involves a personal assessment which will be followed up by a selection of exercises that are personalized for each individual. With each exercise time will be spent to ensure that all movements are carried out with optimal technique. Helpful tips and nutritional advice will be offered throughout the sessions.
