Personalised coaching

One of the main benefits is that you do not have to plan your training session, which is what our expert coaches are there for.

You will be offered expert advice and support where you will:

  • Learn how to run with good technique and form
  • Learn the correct pace and breathing methods to go further for longer
  • Be introduced to Injury free techniques


It is so easy to find an excuse to miss that planned run. Do you need that extra support to stay committed to that training plan? Being part of a group will keep you motivated to show up to your sessions each week. Knowing that you and your group are all on the same training schedule will also give you that extra push to do your ‘homework’ training outside of our sessions.


At Hissy Fit, we are a non-competitive, female ONLY running club. In addition to getting fit and learning some amazing techniques to keep you strong as a runner, it is a great way to get out and meet new people from all walks of life.

Our groups are generally small in number with no more than 12 per session to ensure individual progression.

Race ready

If your goal is to run a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon, we are dedicated to getting you over the line. Our coaches regularly attend races with our members to keep you motivated and offer you tips and trick along the way.

We can also provide discounted rates into many races across the country – Bonus!
